This notice describes how Batcheon Ltd (“we”) uses information when you visit gettellto.co.uk (Tellto). It is written to match this website as it works today. It is not legal advice.

Who we are

The controller is Batcheon Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Tellto is a product of Batcheon Ltd. Contact: [email protected].

What this site does

This is a static information page. We do not run user accounts, payment forms, or an automated waitlist on the website. We do not set our own advertising or analytics cookies.

Information we may have

• Emails you send us. If you use “Get in touch”, your device opens an email to [email protected]. We only receive what you choose to send (typically your address, name if you include it, and the message). We use this to reply and, if you ask, to keep you informed about Tellto.
• Hosting logs. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most hosts, they process technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.
• Fonts. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may process your IP address and related technical data when your browser fetches those files. See Google’s privacy policy.

Why we use it

We use enquiry emails to respond to you and to operate our business (legitimate interests, and where needed so we can take steps at your request). Hosting and fonts are needed to show the website.

How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up you have asked for, then delete or archive them in line with our usual email practices. Cloudflare retains logs according to its own terms.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. Providers who may process data on our behalf or as independent controllers include Cloudflare (hosting) and Google (fonts). If you email us, your message is also processed by your email provider and ours.

Your rights

If UK data protection law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to object to some processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To exercise rights in relation to emails you sent us, contact [email protected].

Changes

If we add accounts, cookies, or other collection, we will update this notice.
